    Sorry for the delayed response. I had to figure out how to do this. Surgery went well. I am doing good. I am on my second week of mushy food.

    I don't know how it's supposed to be going in all honesty. I had surgery on July 15 and I am down 16 lbs which is good I think? Some of the posts I read on here say they are down 20-25 lbs by this point, but I am happy with the 16! Anything is good for me!

    How is your recovery coming along? Is your shoulder feeling better yet?
