Congrats! You've come a long way! You must be very proud of yourself. I was sleeved 3 months prior to you and have lost about the same amount of weight.

Though everyone around me tells me I shouldn't lose any more (the dr said if I didn't lose another lb., he'd be satisfied), the scale is telling me I'm still obese OR just slightly under so I want to lose another 30-40 lbs. I don't know how realistic that is. I have a large frame and just naturally carry more weight because of it. If I could get down to 150, I might be satisfied but that's 25 lbs. anyway. The holidays were rough. For 9+ months, I could only eat a handful of foods (yogurt, oatmeal, Malt-O-Meal, cheese, protein shakes) as everything else made me nauseated or plain hurt in my belly. (I'm not complaining because I saw that as a real blessing that I couldn't eat more of a variety!) Then (about November), I turned a corner and now I can eat pretty much anything....especially sweet and salty (candy and chips!!!)....GRRRR! So here I am after the holidays...I'm up 6 lbs!!!! I pray (and expect) it comes off pretty quick. I'm back in the saddle this morning and drinking lots of water. I'm excited to get back into "losing mode" and getting closer to my goal. Here's hopin'!

Congratulations! I was sleeved on 9/16/13...by my first post-op, I was down 30 pounds and I am now stalled. I am trying to get back into it full force, the holidays have been horrible. Please tell me that this will pass
