gallblader removal probabilities?

What are the chances of me getting my gallblader removed after surgery? Can I prevent it?

I was sleeved on April 17, 2013 and I weight in at 304 is been 2 weeks and I weight 285. Is that a good progress?
I still have not been cleared for exercises so i just do walking.
Any Comments will help
