That's really good that you're doing so well! I wish i could say the same! lol! I'm Having trouble getting enough food and fluid down so I'm kinda of tired all the time. I keep hoping things get better soon. But on the bright side i've lost 44 lbs!

Hey, Im great, Im on soft foods now and everything seems to be agreeing with my body, not really sure how much weight ive lost since my 2 week check because my scale is crazy lol! But im was down 19 pounds on at the check up!How have you been?

The first 3 weeks were really rough. It's been a hard adjustment trying to get all my fluids and meals vitamins in. I'm not doing the best job. But I'm working on it! Look forward to getting my energy back! Thanks for asking. :-)

I'm doing great thankfully. Surgery went super smooth. They took really good care of me at HMC. About 6 days after surgery I got food poisoning which through me into bad vomiting and dehydration which I couldnt kick. As soon as my surgeon saw me he put me right back in the hospital. 48 hours later and I was doing soo much better. I just felt so well taken care of bcz he saw me daily and sat through all my crazy, neurotic questions (i'm a nurse). Very thorough and patient. LOVED him!

I live in Brownsville but my doctor setup everything with him. Upon hearing everything that happened, she pulled every single one of his patients and is sending them all to your doctor. How are you recovering?

I am doing much better than I was a few days ago. I have been home for 2 days now and I am just learning how to adjust to the new sleeve. Yesterday I took 3 walks and the last one was about half a mile so I probably walk nearly a mile yesterday. The only thing I am struggling with is learning how to sip instead of drink. I have a lot of gas and burning still whenever I drink something. How are you doing?

Surgery went smoothly! The recovery has been a bit rough but hopefully will continue to improve! I'm still on pain and nausea meds around the clock. That's the only thing that keeps my pain and nausea manageable. Today I felt very uncomfortable but I'm hoping tomorrow is better. Overall I'm really happy I did it!! Have gone from 231lbs to 213 so that makes me . As long as it continues I will happily put up with all these issues!! Hope everyone is doing well!!
