The start of my journey...
I started my journey towards getting a sleeve in August 2012. I jumped through all my insurance company's requirements and was approved in December 2012. At the same time, my company was in negotiations to be bought out by another company which meant different insurance. My surgeon's office was unable to get me scheduled before my insurance changed in January 2013. So...I had to change surgeon's office because of insurance requirements and jump through a few more hoops. I now have one more
