2 years post op!Pics and life changes.

On August 29th 2013 I had my surgery and let me say it has been the best decision of my life! These have been the most amazing 2 years of my life. I have went from a size 24 to a size 10/12 jeans, 3x/4 tops to M/L. And have lost almost 150lbs. Life's good! I got married, became a scuba diver, and ran a 5k. I have just been living and loving life! Thought I would share pics now 2 years post op because I remember wanting to see people further out when I was thinking about having surgery. So glad

Hi everyone, I havent been on in such a long time but I thought about it today and felt it was time to come back and post. What can I say I feel GREAT! I have lost 143lbs thus far! Sometimes I get hard on myself and think I need to lose more then I look in the mirror or look at pics of myself and think WHAT? You go girl! lol I still try to stick to lean proteins and veggies. I do treat myself sometimes but I am not on a diet. This is my life now! I work out 5 days a week Boxing gym for 1 hr and

OMG I can't even believe it myself. I have lost 130lbs. I've gone from a size 24 to a 12. 3xl tops and dresses to Mediums and Larges! Its crazy! I am a nurse and was wearing a size 3xl scrubs, I am now in a medium. I have lost count of how many inches I've lost but I know its LOTS! I have never been happier. I try to eat healthy. Still doing lean proteins and veggies, although I do sometimes allow myself a treat. Bread, couple bites of pizza etc. The great thing is that all I need is a couple of

I am so happy! So far I am down 116 lbs and 9.5 months out. I just turned 30 and went to Vegas for my birthday. Ive been to vegas many times but this time was by far the best. WHen I looked thru my new and old pics I absolutely had to share. Check me out! lol I don't know what took me so long to do this. all I know is that I am happy I did. So I cannot believe I have lost 100lbs! Me 100 lbs lighter. It feels amazing. I just completed a boot camp at the boxing gym I attend and it involved a lot of weight lifting. I feel like that made me build muscle and therefore made the scale move slower this month but My body looks much leaner despite what the scale says. In the pictures I posted the comparison shirt I usually wear has turned into a dress. lol. I am wearing a 14/16 pants, REGULAR size XL tops. I've even got some dresses in a size
