So I hadn't been on in a while because I gave up when I became frustrated. I have been approved by insurance and the doctor when I lost the 16 lbs however the hospital still denied me. I have to get my bmi down some more which was another 30lbs. I struggled to get 50lbs off. I had a friend who weighed the same but she had her surgery because she is tall and her bmi was lowered. So I am at the last stage before surgery. My last evaluation I was told they was sending my info to the board for approval. A nurse called and said I would have a presurgery physical that last 4 hours. Can anyone tell me their experience? I'm not sure why I am becoming so nervous but is this like a regular physical. I am so excited but scared at the same time. I have been approved for surgery by my insurance but my last visit the doctor said he would have surgery once I lost 16lbs. I received a letter from the hospital board that my bmi was higher than what is required and I had to get my bmi to below 65. I was so frustrated.
