Hello my name is Danette I am 34 and a single mother of a wonderful 3 year old little boy. My world changed after the birth of my son. I had something to live for to be happy for. See like most of you I have been overweight my whole life and its hard. People are not very nice when you don't fit into their so called box. But here I am 5 weeks since my surgery and almost 60 lbs liter it has been a very long hard journey of personal discovery learning how to love myself again for me and my son. I am blessed that god lead me down this road to meet the wonderful Dr. Bertin who performed my operation. he gave me a second chance at life and for that i am so grateful...look out my life starts now
