We are doing good! I got one email last week but I'm so bad with names I don't remember who it was but she said she hadn't lost weight since surgery... I'm down 25 today! I don't feel 30 yet but I'm getting there!

hows the zeal ladies doin? i'm down almost 30lbs and feel like i am 30 again have you herd from any of the other ladies?

I'm doing awesome, down 23 lbs this morning! Feeling really good... Mom has been really tired but I doubled her up on her Zeal and she's feeling better! I had one of my little incisions open up last week but it seems to be healing nicely now.. Food progression going we'll for both of us, no problems with that! Moms emotions are all over the place but I seem to be dealing ok!

hows things? and ur mom? ive had a few little hickups pulled a hole open (repaired) and huge emotional roller coaster but i'm managing.......still up for aboption....lol

i'm down 22lbs and everything is awesome back to work today was rough............still up for adoption just sayin.....im so glad we all met and hope we alll keep in touch
