Just thought I'd stop by and say hi, so Hi! I am doing well, 80lbs down and feelin great! I run about 4 miles a day and do Zumba and weight lifting 6 days a week. It feels great to be so active and healthy. How are you doing? How's the doggie business going? I wish you well and would lve to hear back from ya.

Should you hit bumps in the road, remember it DOES get better. Even at my 7 day mark I feel I am qualified to say that. :-)
There seems to be so MANY questions that just come in to my mind, and I have learned that this is a FANTASTIC avenue. I am still trying to find my way around this site, but so far I have "met" so many people with great advice! Welcome aboard!

Oh I know that feeling! Unfortunely you will continue with a clear liquid diet after your surgery. I got to start with protein drinks today and have had 2 so far. It will be easier after surgery though. Try to stay away from foods that you love right after surgery. Last Thursday, I was driving to purchase some shoes for my 6 year old daughter's little graduation and nothing but fast foods all over the streets!! YIKES! I wasn't able to have a smoothie yet or I would have stopped at Smoothie King.
