I feel good don't get me wrong...but I feel like I have lost my taste buds??? Is it possible? I mean, I know it's not, but I just don't like any of my protein ( even the ones I drank on PRE-OP) I don't like the taste of the Jello or the sugar free popsicles, broth or even crystal light!!!!!!!!!! I would rather have water and that is soooooooooooo not like me.

And when I do force down broth or protein I am almost immediatley finding my way to the nearest restroom (TMI). How long

I got the call that I was approved yesterday! I am scheduled for October 29th. I didn't realize there were still so many appointments before surgery. Hopefully October goes by fast since I will basically have an appointment every week up to the date!

i go for my EKG tomorrow and my last nutrition class Thursday. Will they submit my insurance immediately and give me an approximate surgery date? or will they submit my insurance and only give me surgery date if approved? what have been ya'lls experiences?

My family is super supportive of my decision. My husband however is not. He pokes fun and says I have given up and am taking the easy way out, or it won't work. I can't even talk about it without him being a smarta$$ about it. I am still doing it because it's for me! I just hate that he is being so insensitive.:mad

Ok so my Dr. Says all u have to do is the 6 months of nutrition classes, blood, sleep, psych tests within 6 months and I am good to go. Is it possible that after all this insurance will say no? I mean if I meet all requirements can they really still say no??????
