Had a couple of discouraging days at the beginning of this week. Basically had to tell myself my body was adjusting from a change in diet. I had some challenges this past week due to traveling out of town on business again. It's not that I overindulged or anything like that. I just think my choices could've been better. i would order something and then have leftovers and have enough for about 2 more meals. I need to stop doing that. I need to change that mind set. But while on travel, and working 12-14 hours a day it seemed the easiest thing to do.

Another week down! No weight lost this past week. Not sure if it's because I am basically just eating left overs from the family, after blended in the food processor or what. I still feel like I am losing size though. But disappointed nonetheless.
