I have not been on here in quite some time. I had my sleeve surgery on May 29, 2013 and I have been busy loving life and enjoying every second of it! I started at 267 pounds and I currently weigh 147. I still weigh myself daily. Bad habit that is hard to break and I stay between 146 and 149. I have maintained my weight for the last eight months or so. I have gotten to 145 a couple times but I am more than happy with where I am. I dont want to lose any more and I do well with not gaining any.
Tomorrow will be one year since I had my surgery. Time has flown by!! Hard to believe it has been one year already. I had my appointment with my surgeon yesterday and I have lost a total of 118 pounds! I am one pound below my goal I set for myself It has been an amazing journey and I would do it all over again a million times! It has not always been fun with trying different foods and what works. I have had my share of eating too much and throwing up or food just not sitting well and being
So it has been 9 months since my sleeve surgery! I can not believe how fast the time has gone by. I had my 9 month check up with the surgeon yesterday and I have lost a total of 110 pounds!! I started at 267 and I am currently 157. I am seven pounds away from my personal goal!! I feel amazing! I know I have said this many times before but this is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had my gall bladder removed at the same time of my surgery. I have had zero problems/issues. I

As of this morning, and I weighed a couple times to be sure the scale was not lying to me, I am officially down 102 pounds!!! I am so excited and I have no idea how it happened lol I did absolutely nothing this weekend and I ate the same as I always do. Nothing different nothing extra. No clue but I will take it!!!! I was at the
I have two more pounds to go before I am at 100 pounds lost!! It is taking a bit longer to lose it than normal. The body is being stubborn lol. But I think 98 pounds is still pretty amazing! It is hard to wrap my brain around it sometimes. I look at my before picture and cant even believe that I had gotten that heavy. I knew I was overweight but I was in denial i guess. When I look at my after picture I cant believe the difference!! No doubt this surgery is the BEST thing I have ever done
