Down 54 pounds!
Pants were once a 26....now a 18/20!
Managing to get my protein in without those %^*&ing protein shakes!
I am amazed by the number of people who look at me like something is different and can't quite put their finger on it. Maybe I am learning that they paid less attention than I thought!
Still must post a note on my cup or bottle so I do not drink too soon after eating. Small price to pay.

Hard to believe surgery was 16 days ago. I lost 16 pounds prior to surgery and another 26 in the last 16 days. That is 42 pound total.
Had a meeting at the office and someone took "my" armless chair. Crap! So I take another chair and holy bologna, I fit without scraping the sides. I high-five myself sometimes. It happened today.

I mentioned in an early post that health-wise I am sort of a trainwreck. The sleeve is the caboose to this trainwreck. Still glad I had the surgery, no doubt but Saturday was a scary day.
