Haven't been on for awhile, but I am back now. Going through some stress that's affecting my new eating habits. I haven't gained but I can't seem to stop eating. Any suggestions? I am afraid of going back to where I used to be.

Back from vacation I did very well food wise especially when you are in Baltimore and there are restaurants all around, camping was much easier. I do need to get back on track though. I am determined to get below 200.

Is anyone having extreme hair loss since surgery? I am so depressed, because my scalp is starting to shine through my hair. Any suggestions?

My husband has been making it difficult because all he wants to do is go out to eat and keeps bringing home junk food. I am a stress eater and he is making it very difficult for me to fight the urges. Any suggestions?

Haven't been on for awhile been a little depressed. Still watching what I eat and doing well, but I have problem with water weight. It was going real well for awhile didn't need to take water pills or anything like it and now I swell just as much as it was before surgery. I think it's time to call the dr. It's hard to monitor your true weight on the scale when your retaining water.
