Day 3 Post Op

Day 1 a breeze. Day 2 a little bite more pain but it was gas pain and the tightness. Not very hungry a couple of spoon fulls are enough. But I'm very thirsty and very sleepy day 2. Day 3 I'm out and walking at Walmart with the hubby getting my meds.

Listen to the doctors breathing exercises and walking make it better.

Obviously no weight loss yet lol. But I've never been a slave to the scale. My first goal is to get back into my 14's. I'm a tight 16 now.
