  1. I am finding my old habits just keep coming. Filling out my tax form yesterday I suddenly realized I had just eaten all the little bowl of mush I had to put my crushed meds in. Mindless eating under stress...automatic didn't even know I was doing it until the spoon hit the bottom.

    Yes it sure can be rough. I was so tired at the start. It does get better. I found by talking to people here that thin soup was also good and I tried that in the early stages. I really do think its a bit horrible at the start and I kind of felt that it was not clear here on the forums how bad it is in the early stages. I am longer in now and feel good and can see it working well for me so I am very happy. I think that for most people the bad times don't last long so what you read here is a lot of very positive comments. But its horrible at the start and I don't feel people talk about that as much as they should. I guess the happy times causes people to forget the bad. I wish you good luck going forward and it does get better!
