To those of you who followed my blogs from the first horrible negligence issue with my surgery, I have AMAZING news! After much prayer and many meetings with higher ups, the CEO of the hospital I had my surgery contacted me and my balance for the hospital stay, surgery, everything has been eliminated. This CEO has gone above and beyond his duties and has more than rectified the situation. He visited me several times in my hospital room and actually cried and prayed with me due to the horrible mistakes

I'm hearing mixed messages on what we can take and was just curious about what doctors told yall?
Are pills (uncrushed, gel tab) acceptable in your life? How big or small are they allowed to be?
I have an herbal gel tab treatment that was recommended (sheng fa) for hair loss but breaking the capsules is disgusting...almost threw up. I really would rather just swallow the capsule but want feedback...

I'm soooo hungry! lol My father bringing pizza and other delicious things in the house doesn't help! However, I know what I signed up for and no one else should have to do without due to me.
I get to start puree's on the 8th and had sworn I'd just do protein shakes through the whole thing. I'm rethinking that now...lol
Tomorrow is going to be the biggest test. My two favorite food things in the world; my grandmother's rice and fajitas and I can have neither! Wahhhhhh!

I know there are a jillion blogs on this same thing but I'm going to ask again...Skip over if it's getting old for you.
The only protein recommendation given by my doctor was the unjury proteins. As we all know, those are kind of pricey. I've read up and now understand the importance of having a whey protein isolate in contrast to regular whey.
I'm taking the pureprotein, along with a Jarrow unflavored protein and the unjury chicken protein. The pure and unflavored
