How's the puppy doing? Getting any bigger?

Good to hear from you... How are you doing? You are looking good! Haven't meant to be a stranger.. Just as time goes on I have got busier and less to say of any consequence that I haven't said before.
Life is good though and it's amazing how much difference losing the weight has made to me. I didn't realise how sluggish I had become. Now I can run about and have energy doing it.

Hi Kelly! I got these bars from Walmart in the cereal section called Life Choice. They have 3 flavors in the protein category - Double Choc/Choc Mint/PB. So far I've only tried the Choc mint and liked them and they have 20 grams of protein. I also like Power Crunch. They are like wafer cookie bars and come in several flavors. More calories and less protein (14 grams), but in a crunch they do the trick and they aren't too sweet which is what I like. Good to hear from you and to see you are doing so well! =)

Thanks for your well wishes I feel pretty rough and I have had 2 days off work already I feel like I aught to go to work tomorrow but the truth is I feel really unwell. It's nothing more than a bad cold but since I got here 3 years ago I haven't been ill at all and now I am a story teller to children I am going to get exposed to all sorts!
I just can't see me sitting there dressed in my bird costume not able to breathe properly have it to talk loudly to 70 children as is the case tomorrow.
By the way you look really great! How much have you lost so far.. I always love hearing from you thanks for writing love Heth x

Life is just different after surgery .. Take care of yourself and just follow your surgeons instructions as they are all different.
Make sure you drink water you always have to drink.
I have no regrets after this surgery I feel a new me and so will you. I am always here and a bit ahead of you so if I can help you in any way just message me..

Doing ok. Trying to keep sipping. Gonna try vitamins tomorrow. Looking forward to a great nights sleep. Btw, I was so happy...they do leak test in operating room.
