I think im getting too skinny though. Im happy to be smaller but not too small! Lol

Hi! I am feeling ok. I have been staying clear of all carbs but I decided that I will have small portions of protein. I had an egg white this morning. I feel lighter and better! Hopefully I have shrunk my liver enough. How are you?
