    hello all and good morning it now day 4 and i fell great i started this journey at 134kg and had to do the pre op diet and lost 8kg (126kg)
    i have now had the op done 4 days a go and weigh in at 122kg so in 3 weeks i have lost 12kg i fell great and think its the best thing i have every done i
    i found out iam a diabetic only weeks before the op and my blood suger levels after the op are 4.9 bsl my blood press before the op was 170 /100 and since the op it is 154/85 this is an amazing op it fixes all!!!!!!!
