Bloat weight stinks! I am going through that right now. I am up 3 pounds and it is annoying. Even though I know why, I still do not like seeing it go up. However before I was exercising I could easily gain 7 pound during that time. YUCK. So I feel for you. But it is better to be going nowhere for the next few days then going up
