A food photographer I am not but, here are a few of my favorites and make ahead meals:

Does anyone else suffer from extreme exhaustion after surgery? I've been back to work two weeks now and I can't complete my 10 hour shift. I leave work early 2-3 times a week. Even on my days off I have to take a nap and sometimes I don't have the energy to make dinner.
Mybe its my thyroid or the fact that I had MRSA after surgery. All I know is I can't stand this feeling! I've lost over 40lbs. I should have more energy.

My surgery was 3/11 and I'm still on soft foods. (A diet mostly of eggs, soft cheese, cottage cheese) My doc says I should be eating about one tablespoon of food every couple of hours but I can do two-three tablespoons sometimes. I've lost almost 40lbs since 3/1 when I stated my pre op liquid diet so I'm happy with that. I guess I'm having a mental block on just a tablespoon. I've never had any problems eating soft foods or drinking after surgery, maybe eggs and cheese are just to easy. I did experence
