At A Stall.

At a stall Its Been 5 Weeks, starting to fell Depressed. I still have 40 pounds to go and i feel like this is the end of my loss :-( NOT HAPPY. I up-ed my protein and exercise and fluids and Calories and still no change, not even in inches.

Okay, so it's been a week and I haven't lost a pound. I called my dietision and the only thing she said was to eat more! I'm on stage 4(puréed) i can only eat but so much and have minimal options. I'm getting in my protien about 60 aday with shakes,but she wants me to get it in with food. BUT when I eat my 1 egg and cheese for breakfast, sf pudding for snack, 1c. soup for lunch, protien shake 40 minutes later,sf Popsicle for a snack, then 1/4 cup refried beans with cheese for dinner, then a yogurt
