Hi Newbabes! Today is 3-13-13 so I believe it is the day of your surgery. Hope everything went well for you. I have a surgery date in June but am now questioning going to Tijuana because of all the rise in crime. I have been reading all kinds of scary things from that city. My son will be traveling with me and I am concerned for both of our safety. Could you please let me know if you felt safe or if you had any safety concerns. Thank you.

@Jennann5 i really hope so. Am good with liquid diets. i did the Medifast before and lost about 65pounds. after having a Baby i gain everything back then plus.. @ Toplessntn hope we see each other lol.. i leave out on Friday night. Good luck to all!

Hey there, I leave on Wed for Surg on Thurs. So not too far ahead of you! Started the clear liquids yesterday......it is really happening!

Trust me, you will lose the weight you need to. Just follow the Doctor's orders and everything will be fine. Remember to stay active too. Working out really really helps!

Am excited and concerned about not loosing enough weight after the surgery.
Am about 245 and i need to be at atleast 140 by summer.
