Now at the 3 month mark and things have started to slow down, in total my weight loss sounds impressive 30kg (66 pounds) but I'll confess I started at 172kg. In the last month or so it has slowed to around 1kg per week. The measurements show a weight loss and my tops do not fit so well, but the main bulges do not seem to have changed a lot.
Foodwise, I have had no nausea or other issues mentioned on this forum, I just dont enjoy food like I used to and cannot eat as much. Meat, chicken,
I had my surgery on 2 April and am feeling good, no issues. The only issue I ever had was side pain for around 3 weeks, I didnt have any nausea or the other issues people have listed.

The surgeon found that I had to have my gallbladder removed as well, apparently it was in pretty bad shape, full of stones and other things. I was not aware of any gallbladder problems.
