Congrats! I'm so proud of you. I've only lost 25 pounds. I'm meeting with my surgeon next week. I've increased my work outs too.

Hi how are you doing? I'm better today just disappointed that I have not lost weight in the last 3 days. We typically eat out on the weekends but since my surgery I've been making healthy meals at home for my family. I hope to hear you are doing well.

Hey Sammy Girl I do think the earlier you make this sort of decision the easier your recovery, one of the reasons, I decided and jumped straight in.

Happy surgery anniversary!! Well girl, I don't know about you but this has been a very difficult journey. I have cried and I am so sick of sipping water. At first water was really making me nauseated and figured that I probably need to take the nausea medicine and so far that has helped. Any way, just wanted to check in with you to see how are you are coping. Best wishes!!

Hi Missy Samantha, I'm having my sleeve in a couple of days. But if it's anything like child birth I'm sure i will be wondering why I was so eager to get myself into the predicament. But then I always pull myself back, and realise so many others have done it before me and coped. So that's my strategy lol.

I am glad your home. If you can try ice chips to helps break up sipping. It counts as fluid. Good luck and hang in there.
