Yes liquids is very hard. I wasn't on clear liquids thankfully. I could have V8 juice and chocolate SF ice pops. Today is 3 weeks for me and Thursday I go to the doctor and dietitian. They should clear me for pureed foods which I admit I already started introducing. I pureed two meals that I made for my son which looked gross but tasted yummy. Could only eat a few bites. I also tried small curd cottage cheese which goes down nicely and yesterday tried low fat vanilla yogurt which is great but may be the cause of my stomach issues today. I lost 18 pounds so far and have recently noticed an increase in my energy level which is so great. I cant wait until it gets better. My surgery overall was great. Barely used the pain meds once I left the hospital but I did suffer from some trapped gas which felt like it was in my chest. That's gone thankfully. I actually feel great now that I am 3 weeks out. I did go through a brief period of "holy shit what did i do?" but I'm over that. Hope all is well with you, let me know how the doctor visit goes!

I think I am doing well. Today was a I have been a little weak and shaky but it seems to have gotten better since I had my protein shake for dinner. So far so good. Thank you for the support
