    i am doing well still have abit of buyers remorse but i guess that's because i miss food i am down 20lbs and am happy but still miss eating those damn chips! water made me gassy but thats it plus i still am having a hard time getting 8 cups in i am lucky to get in four.

    Hi there! Just read your blog. You are doing amazing! I'm feeling better today and was able to drive to pick up my girls from school. I've been on the couch most of the day just reading this site. I honestly have not been hungry and can't believe I have not eaten any foods and still having liquids. I have been having your same feelings on why did I do this? But just try your best to stay positive, the best is yet to come!

    Conrats on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 and it was the best thing I could have done. I am part of a great support goup on Facebook. Wow, it is my one week anniversary. It has definitely been a struggle. One of my issues is trying to discern what the nausea feeling felt like. After determining what the nausea felt like I started taking the medicine. Ha! I hate taking medicine. Another is issue I am having is having cravings from tacos, nachos, mac and cheese, black pepper cheese and crackers. Definitely, having a craving for cheese. I don't know why.
