You never really get just how far you have come until you see a side by side comparison of where you were and where you are now. I am not at my goal yet but this is how far I have come. Another 3 months another update. I am now down to 162 pounds which is a total of 81 pounds down and only 17 pounds away from my goal of 145!! And I am 8 months out. Honestly, if I stopped losing right now I would be happy with my loss. I look and feel better than I have in forever and that alone is good enough for me. Hey everyone, I am finally back after taking a little break from this site. No particular reason for the break just livin and losin. So a little update on me, I am currently weighing in at 180 pounds. Which is a grand total of 63 lbs lost and 51 lbs down since surgery. Physically I feel fantastic. I have been happy with my weight loss so far and although it has been a bit slower than some I have never really let it bother me. My weight will come off when it comes off. All I can do is eat what I am supposed to and get my exercise in and use the tool I have received and trust that it will do it's job. So I am a little over a month out from surgery and I have lost a total of twenty four pounds since the pre op diet. I feel really good but I have not noticed too big of a physical change yet. I had decided that whether I felt like it or not that I was going to take pictures every month in the same spot and in the same ridiculously skin tight tank top.
