    Hi! Great job on your success so far! I saw on another post that you lost 73 pounds in the first twelve weeks!! Congrats! I hope your journey is continuing to go well! Just wondering if you have any tips or advice? What diet/exercise plan were you following? I was 371 before my liquid diet. I have 6 days left on the liquids and until surgery and I'm down to 356. I know everyone is different but I would LOVE to have the kind of success you've had! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Congratulations on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 in Tijuana, Mexico and it was the best thing I could have done. I am part of a great support group on Facebook.     .. i do not get to have my surgery this week.. i am very sad but my funding feel thru.. makes me sad as i need this so bad. I am not giving up .. good liuck u guys prayers your way for aspeedty recovery .

    I am excited.. I actually might have to move it for one week back. I have to call tomorrow as the middle of the week will be so much better. Mine is on a saturday. So maybe they will move it closer.. I am having so worry issues as I am thinking of going alone due to the price of the tickets. I also have concerns due to the fact it seems my weight is way more then most people on this site. Hope you have a awesome evening..

Hi Folks..
Questions on the return to work after the sleeve.
How long is the average?
I work with the disabled so there is some light lifting, Mainly rolling, dressing, I have assistance for lifting. But just trying to get a fill for how long I will be out. Thanks again. Loving this forum great information and everyone seems so helpful. Thanks again.

So many questions, first would be can someone tell me the best airlines from Florida to San Diego( Tampa area). I am so excited to start this journey. Life has been good but I am so ready for it to be so much more.
