There's no doubt sleeved, you are and will lose weight. The new physical you is imminent. It's not a matter of if, it's when you lose weight.
What's really hard to lose is the old emotional and mental habits as you lose weight. I've read many blogs about various struggles , and thought I would share how I've battled some:
1. I miss sweet and salty food: suck on hard sugar free candy or eat a few nuts. Until I learned good choices and good portions, food was (and

I'm three days shy of my ten month sleeve anniversary, and on another weight loss drop. The stalls are longer now, and the weight loss is less, but I'll take it. I'm not concerned today with the loss, but more importantly, the health aspect and toning up.
I've been asked many times how I've been so successful. I treat everyday as a New Year day. I've chosen to NOT MAKE resolutions as they ultimately fail. I fail them! I've made habit and lifestyle changes instead. Good habits,

It's a new year and a new ME. CHEERS to a new you. If you're contemplating the surgery, DO IT. If you're post op, congrats. Food is now healthy choices and healthy portions. I own it, it no longer owns me!
I'm ten months post op and past my target goal. Time to update my pic. LOL. IM HAPPIER, HEALTHIER, AND ALIVE.
Although this procedure changed me physically, I changed my habits emotionally and mentally. I've learned that success is within me.... And to change

It's been a while since I've posted.
To say the last five months hasn't been a journey would be a lie. Yes, a few complications, but the positives out weight the challenges immediately after!
I don't think the physical transformation has been nearly as great as the emotional and mental impact this surgery has had on my life. I'm forever grateful, and to now feel the effect, wish I would have decided to do it far before I did.
I WAS a 16/18 before.

Yes..I'm at day 14 post op! Lot's to share - both not fun, and yet optimistic.
1. I have hit my first stall, which is expected. However, it's in part that I have had some issues I'm battling. Although I'm stalled, I am losing massive inches. 3 inches to be exact just in my waist alone! It's so visibly noticeable, and that's good with me! I do look forward to seeing the scale hitting my first goal - only 3 lbs away. Come on sleeve!!!! We can do it.
2. My heartburn
