I am 7 days out & I am having a hard time determining between hunger, gas pains or head hunger. For instance last night I wasn't able to have anything until about 8:00pm & I felt starved. I would say I had a stomach ache. Sometimes mine feels like when I was young and to run a lot for sports & would get a side ache. Anyway I was able to eat 1/2 c of lowfat cottage cheese but by the time I was done with it I felt miserable. I had to lay down. I don't know why I thought I had to eat so

I haven't had surgery yet but I really don't understand the not being able to drink 30 min. Before or after eating. Can someone explain
I am so ready to get on with this journey except for one skeptic...my hubby. He doesn't understand and thinks I am crazy to think about going to Mexico. Anyway I will have this done just have to get all my ducks in a row. My concerns...this liquid diet thing is gonna suck...since starting this journey I have come to realize how bad food controls my life. I constantly think of what I am going to eat next & then next & next. I think that this may have to do with all the years on WW and
I have not heard anyone talk about drinking (alcohol) after the surgery. Surely I can not be the only one here that likes to go out & party. I have to admit that I go out about 3-5 times a week. I may drink 6 Miller 64's or I may drink 18 or I might drink 3 whiskeys or more it just depends on the night & the crowd & my mood. But just wondering if anyone has drank after the sleeve & how much I am going to have to change that habit. I did quit smoking 2 years ago...thank God!
