I'm going to Dr. Meilahn for the surgery and just wanted to get your opinion. I'm having a hard time with losing weight pre-op. How much did you lose? You look great in your picture!
Do you got to the support meetings? I'm going to my first next Tuesday.

I started out walking then after 6wk post op I was cleared for some additional workouts...good luck to u.. I'm sure u wll be happy with the results
