I have lost 30 Lbs. in 6 weeks only have had to take insulin 3 times. Am so excited..my new profile picture is of me and my grandaughter (Alley) she graduated last night 5/17/2013. Am so proud of her, she graduated with honors

still have 1 incision open lost about 25lbs now doing very well chili puree is my fav so far and avocado

Ive lost 18 lbs as of thursday, i feel great and or sure the b-12 hots give me alot of energy, how are you doing?

ive used sucher tape its bled nd filled in i be ok.......how yor losing goin ? more energy?

Yes. There is a period of time when you hit "the wall". There is a pouch diet that will restart the weight loss. I havent had any weight loss in 3 months currently. But I still seem to lose inches.
