I am doing ok. I think I am in a stall. My stomach feels good. Trying to eat and drink that takes a lot of concentration some days. How are you?

I don't really have a problem with anything yet. I have not been able to get in enough water. I have been able to get my protein goal in every day. Once I get over recovery. I will breath a little easier.

Hello. I read your post in the african american sleeved group. How are you doing after your surgery? I will be sleeved next friday and i'm curious to know how people are doing their first month or so after the surgery. Thanks for any advice you can give to me.

Please do keep me posted. I am planning on going back into the gym as soon as I can. My exercise couches say they can see me back in two weeks.
