Wow 73 pounds! You are a Foxy Mom, Keep up the good work. My daughter and I have had a great experience with Dr. Almanza and his team, I also would do it all over again. Actually my youngest daughter will be going to him in December. I would not send the dearest people to my heart if I did not feel it was safe. It's just so many people speak badly of him and Mexico as a whole and that just chaps my hide. I try to speak out as much as possible with out being combative but it burns me up that so many do that without regard to the ALL the people who have gone and who are scheduled to go. I don't know if they talk about any other Dr. as much as Dr. Almanza, I guess he is doing something right and make someone mad or they view him as a threat. I don't know but I trust them.

I live in Jonesboro. I had the sleeve done in Mexico. I have no regrets. I have lost 35lbs since May 10. I am happy with my progress so far. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't change anything, unless I could have done it sooner.

I have lost 31lbs since surgery and 51 total. It looks like I am wearing someone else's clothes now, but I'm not ready to buy more just yet. I will wear them baggy until school starts back and get a few essential pieces that I can mix and match...

Hiya - wanted to see how you were going. I'm in a stall - lost 7kgs and now commencing some exercise. Got my energy back some days and feel a little flat other days. Could still win a sleeping competition and some days struggle to get out of bed.

Hi there. I'm doing well. Dr is happy with me and I'm feeling stronger every day. The balance of fluids and protein is not quite ironed out yet, but I'm working on it. How are you going with protein intake?
