So, one week out. I am down 25 pounds since I started my pre-op diet! I can't beive it! 316 to 291. Still have some pain in my stomach but mostly I'm good. I am definitely not operating at full energy level yet, still tire out easily. Focusing on getting enough fluid & keeping my stitches clean.

I am home! My experience was very good. I'm 4 days post op. So far I am down 21 lbs since I started my pre-op diet. Yay. I feel so connected to all the other sleevers who were there. Overall satisfied. :-)

Yes Im seeing dr almanza also my tummy is rumbbeling constantly. Im not sleeping very good either. But im packed ready to go get this new life change started. Im so exahausted. But I think I will have a whole new energy come thursday when I get on that plane.

It is nice to know you are coming from close by. I am 32 so we do have lots in common. When are you flying in? And are you staying at the hotel? I start my 3 day preop tomorrow. I am sure i will suffering with a caffeine withdrawal. Diet dr. Pepper is my go to! ha Well Super excited to meet you and your sister! I am native 4th generation to AZ.

I was ironically looking today to see if i could find someone having surgery the same day! I am so glad you found me. I will be ready, not sure if i am yet. I have been trying out different protein drinks and ordered the unjury sample pack. I still need to figure out vitamins. My husband who is a RN is traveling with me. What about you? Are you ready. Where are you coming from? I am in AZ.
