Yes, I figured I will hit up consignment shops until I level out around my goal. No reason to pay full price on clothes that you can only wear for a month or so. I am glad you are doing so well. I feel great as well. Still struggling with chicken, and some food just doesn't sit right. Last night I got home from my workout to eat dinner, and I don't know. I may have eaten too fast because it all came back up . That happens sometimes. Oh well, just got to learn from it. Keep me updated on how things are going for you!

Feeling real good. That is about what I am averaging per week as well. Definitely trial and error with everything. Sometimes the food is fine, but I can eat the same thing a different day and can’t tolerate it. But, I am happy with it! Hope you have a good day!

I had a small stall because i wasn't getting enough protein
or calories..i'm moving along now..

18 lbs. today ,,,YAHHHH!

16 LBS so far ..I can't get enough calories in either..I've been doing the shots to and all my other vitamins to..I have already been walking and riding my bike..My stitches are out ,but still have starry strips on them..Today is our day to start the puree foods and I just don't have it in me to try it yet..I just keep sipping water and proien all day..I feel good though , no pain..How much have you lost yet?

Hi! It's going well. I have my tired times too. I can't seem to get more than 400-500 calories in per day, which is why I am so tired. I am getting B12 injections every 3 days so that helps. I go to get my stitches out tomorrow, that will be good. But, all in all I am doing well. Working all day, walking at night. I am ready to do a little more cardio, hoping my doctor okays it tomorrow. Anyway, how are you doing? Losing a bunch?

I'm feeling great..It was so very worth it..I would do it again ..
