Almost six weeks since my surgery and I feel amazing! Total lost so far is 31 pounds. God has blessed every step of the way and I am SO thankful. I got out my size 18 clothes last week just to see if the fit~not only do they fit but some are even too big . Long time since that has happened.

I am doing two to three protein shakes a day, lots of water, yogurt, fruit, soups, and protein bars. My husband took me to lunch yesterday and I was so proud that I was able to recognize when I was full and happily asked for a to-go box. Baby steps feel so good! I am making smarter choices and making my food count.

Feeling on top of the world...actually can not beleive how well i actually feel..I have lost about 10 kilos since the start of my pre-op which is excellant. I am on the pureed for 4 weeks and already it is boring but i will stick to it as it is really important,,thanks for your support

Hey! I'm sorry I didn't make it to the meeting on Thursday, but I was trying to get everything ready, plus spend some time with my 2 12 year old since I was going to be away from her overnight! I hope you the meeting went well! I will Definitely be attending the meeting next month!! I'm doing okay, I've lost 5 pounds since Friday. My biggest problem has been the gas pains, but that are doing better right now! Thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.....they helped me stay positive and not be nervous about the surgery!!

Thanks for the good luck vibes and prayers!! I just have two more days to go! I go in on Thursday for my Pre-op and then surgery on Friday! Getting anxious/nervous!! I'm looking forward to the meeting on Thursday!!
