Hello, Thank you for the well wishes. I hope you are recovering well. I am doing pretty good. I am walking everyday but I am having trouble with eating. I am on full liquids and I am having trouble with eating enough and getting protein in. I am not hungry at all but when I do eat I can get about 2 to 3 oz in. I do not hurt, I do have a little muscle soreness that is more uncomfortable when I lie down. Again thank you and I will be praying as well.

My doctor has me on full liquids. For the most part I can tolerate Atkins protein shakes and protein soups. I am trying to get more water down with the addition of crystal light. The water is the worst, though.

nuchnuch I did have my surgery on the 15th. Today has been fairly good for me, however, yesterday was terrible. Hope you are doing well. What are you eating/drinking? I have been confused about what to eat/drink during this first week.

I am doing real good. I am on full liquids for 4 weeks. Been doing a little walking. Getting in a little proteins, but water is the worst.

How are you getting on? I am feeling a little sore but so far so good. Having trouble working out all this proten stuff and I think I didnt eat enough yesterday and I started to shake and cry .felt better after i had yoghurt

Thanks for the well wishes, I will be praying for us as well. We have the same date. I am very nervous and excited, so I keep second guessing if this was the right decision, but then I look in the mirror and say yep it is. I am just scared of the recovery process.

I have my surgery May 15th. Is that your date also? If so I am praying for you also. It's already alright and I am so excited! My BFF is coming with me and she will return in August to have hers done. I had a good friend have it done last June and she looks great and I got to watch her recover and made my decision based on what I saw in her.
