Hello everyone. I just want to take a moment to thank you all very much for the prayers and thoughts. It really meant a lot to me. Today is my 4th day post op still pretty sore but so thankful that I took that step first for my health and as a bonus I met so many good people there that will be in my heart forever. I have lost 9 pounds since the surgery "Monday 25th". I am so happy for that. Anyways I will keep you all updated and again thank you so much for your support

Hi there I'm sure your just getting there today some time. I thought I would drop by and say good luck I'm sure everything will be great. I also wanted to ask you to yet another support group that I see a lot of people use after surgery. Its called my fitness pal its free. Its app you can have on your phone, iPad, andriod tablet or phone plus your home computer. There is no reason. Not to log ur intake with it being o. Every device u own. It counts ur calories for u and keeps a log on walking. I started mine early to help me get used to logging everything that goes in my mouth and help e lose some wheignt before surgery. Good luck. He jnaed, i am doing well and very excited for monday! they told me to do 5 days pre-op but i started 5 days earlier so 10 days total and lost 10 lbs so far! we are also expecting a big snow storm here in massachusetts and i hope the the Boston airport does not close! i will rent a dunkey! lol. Lets pray that and everything will be just fine. How are you doing with your new journey? hope you are doing well.

Hi Juliane, how are you doing? Eric started the pre-op diet today, I told him it would be better for him to start a few days earlier than 3 days before. How many days did they want you to do it? We are expecting a big snow storm here tomorrow and we are worried it wont be cleared up by Sunday morning when he flies out. Hope its ok. Eric will be looking for you monday morning. Havent met any others going that same day. Good luck!
