I'm doing a lot better..I'm getting ready to start the soft meats stage so I seemed to be back on track. I'm having trouble with remembering to drink because I never was a big drinker before surgery

I'm doing better still a slow process but today I came off the tpn to see if I can hold down enough fluid and food but I an in stage 2

How are you doing? Are you starting to feel better?

Everyone is different... But it will not be as bad as you think. You will get use to your new diet and when you see the pounds fall off and this beautiful body underneath start coming out , you won't mind giving up carbs and sugars. You will find other healthier choices and make out fine. I have lost 112lbs since April 2012. I love the new me. When I feel sorry for myself because everyone else is eating pasta, rice, potatoes I go look in the mirror and say... no thats ok I don't need it. Hey girl I am having mines on V. day too I guess my doctor will be mine V for that day. I am 59 year's young so I pray every thing turn out ok, you are going to look great washing you the best and will pray for you, how are you doing on your l.diet not so good on mines, but oh well it will be okey.

new to this stuff on here...just confirmed for V-day and so excited on having a "new" bday to rest of my life
