Its funny you mention ovulation pain...I am totally having pain right now...I am exactly in the middle of my cycle--cycle day 15, I am showing fertile signs big time! I always had a period every month pre surgery. But it seems like the fertile signs are really MORE apparent. I better be careful and stay away from the spermies.
Do you drink you 60 oz water daily still? Some days I drink less and some days I drink more fluids.
What about your protein intake? And your exercise routine?
I am still on diabetes meds...but ways less ...I hope once I am off my meds...the weight will fall off much easier than now....
I went to the beach yesterday and it was such a beautiful day ! To feel the ocean breeze and feel the sun on my skin! It made me feel so good to be alive and doing well!!

So what do i focus on? keeping my meals balanced and drinking my fluids right? Sometimes i dont know what to do with myself..because food was such a crutch for me...now Im trying to do other things..like paint my toenals and give myself manicures LOL or gardening? Hey anything to NOT snack...

Oh I love that I am NOT hungry any more...I used to be hungry even when I was FULL of food! My cravings are curved waaaay back as well!

A while ago on another post we chatted about pcos...right after my sleeve surgery --5 days later--I started my period....and I am already starting to show pms/ovulations signs for my 2nd period post op..what heck? My cycles sure are normalizing fast! my weight isnt coming off as fast as I wanted..but I am off my insulin and glipizide (diabetes) pills...so I can't complain...things are improving...Yay!! How are you?

I started out this journey at 235, in October, and weighed 213 the morning of the surgery. I am now at 201 and can't wait to be under 200! I think because we are not as big to start with, maybe we are going to lose a little slower?? I am not very worried about it, I am actually very pleased with everything so far. I haven't tried scrambled eggs yet, I did try oatmeal and that did not go well. I haven't had cream of wheat since I was a kid, I might give that a try. Glad you are doing better. Hello! It looks like we started about the same weight, and I had surgery 1/8. How are you doing? Are you eating pureed foods yet? Have you had any problems? I have been very fortunate and have had almost no problems. Just still tired easily! Back to work last week, part time, and will try to work a little more this week. Glad you posted and good luck!
