Just checking in to see how you are doing. School will be starting in a few so I've went back to get myself eased into the routine. I'm having great results. I've lost 45 pounds and can notice some extra energy. So far, I can eat most anything. Vegetables give me the hardest time though.

Wow. What can I say. The first day when I went home was rough. But I think that is manly due to me having to drive an hour and half to get home. I think all the bumbling around made me feel horrible. Since then I have had a great experience. There are the times when I get too much fluids too quickly but nothing that doesn't go away quickly. I was able to lay sorta on my stomach the other night. O and I've lost 14 pounds how you doing?
