I had my 3 month follow up visit today and I am so excited that I no longer have to crush pills!!!!!! I feel great and I am making good progress. I am down 50 lbs total and people are just now really starting to make comments. Life is good, I am so happy that I decided to do this for myself, despite the challenges and bumps in the road, I say it was still worth it!! 30 more to go to get to my goal!

I made it 2 weeks today, and I am finally feeling better. I went back to work on Mo day. I'm kind of sick of protein shakes at this point, only getting 2 to 21/2 a day, I know I need to get in at least 3. I'm trying to get in enough because I'm paranoid about losing my already too thin hair. Follow up tomorrow.

Finally slept in my bed all night for the first time since surgery. Feeling better now, gas pains have subsided, still have some though. Finally getting more liquids down, crushed meds are disgusting no matter what! Ready to experience improvement everyday, I'll go back to in 4 days!

Gas pain has been horrible. Soreness, swelling, and some bruising on the abdomen. My doctor did not say to take anything for the gas. Is this normal protocol because the gas pains are killing me. I can't hardly get much down at this point.
