its been 3months since my surgery and i feel great lots of energy,lots of compliments,just feeling great.best decision i have made in my life.down 56 pounds in 90 days is great.i do have stalls but i dont even worry about those i just keep on moving.life is great and im really blessed.

ok my sleevers family im 3weeks out on monday.so i decided to try to eat a scramble egg!!! and omg!!!!! it started to go down and now it feels like its at the top of my stomach.and im burping. did i eat it too fast?I cant even finish the whole egg.how crazy is that
