I can't believe the baby is 2, but I can absolutely believe that you still have the baby weight....thats only because I gained with both of my lovely children.
here's my advice....go into your blogs and go waaay back to your 1st post and read. read your complaints (if you had any) and read about the weight loss and all of the NSV's
your sleeve is there. do you feel full after eating a little or are you back to presleeve amounts? I am not good at coming on here anymore, even tho I keep saying I will. I'm gonna message u my number

I'm doing pretty good. I'd say 'can't complain' buy I do complain so I won't say that. I'm loving the nice weather and working outside every day, doing a rock wall by mysleft. Should have some muscles after this. I dropped down to 123 but I am up two pounds so it's a start. It's hard. Feel like I'm eating 24/7....but the reality is what I eat is a lot less then a normal person. Working on it.

LOL, I just reread the message that I posted on your "Frustrations" blog. I hope you realized that the exercise is supposed to be 4 times a WEEK, not a DAY. Darn typos.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I went up north for Thanksgiving and did not have access to technology (no wi-fi, cell coverage, anything.....). Obsessing over exercise, making sure your intake is less than calories burned, limiting eating to less than 800 calories a day, skipping meals to moderate intake, eating less than 3 times a day, eating snacks to replace full meals (yes, I realize the irony in this statement). I consider .5-1 cup of food a meal (approximately 150-250 calories).

I read your post that you had a crappy day yesterday! Well today is a new day so what are you doing for YOURSELF today? I know you have a specific number in your brain that you want to reach on a certain deadline but I think if your are doing your part (like really doing it) then you are being successful. Stop putting so much pressure on the NUMBER! It's all about how you feel.....go back to the beginning and remember why you wanted this for yourself and how you are going to make that happen. I am definetly one of your cheerleaders and know you will be sucessful! Hang in there sister and remember....you are #1!!!! Stay focused and positive and you will kick butt <3 Happy Holidays---Kacie
