So since jan I've lost Abt 30lbs! Been doing ww my points. Have 1 more month of dieting to go & then hopefully I can get a surgery date. If love to be sleeved before my birthday in early oct. fingers crossed!!!

Hey how is your process going so far?

had my 3rd weigh in recently and I'm down 6lbs!!! Since I've started dieting back in nov I've lost 20lbs!!! very excited and still motivated!!!

had my 2nd weigh in & I'm down 4 lbs!!! very excited!!! I also started walking for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I feel like my new life is starting to take shape!!!!

feeling discouraged!!! went to my pcp & was told that the 6month diet I've been doing since sept. won't count & that I have to start from march w/ it which means my surgery will most likely not be until fall & not late summer like I had hoped

good morning Lundbergmn I had my sleeve on May 25th, 2012 best decision I have lost 114.2 lbs and feel amazing. have a confession I don't do vitamins (I know I know that is bad) but really they make me sick light headed and pukey I don't like it but I make sure that nothing enters my mouth unless it offers more good than bad I don't think I am vitamin deficient I didn’t really lose my hair or have brittle nails so I think it is working for me but you will have to figure out what is good for you. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you I spend a lot less time on this forum and a lot more time enjoying life off the couch. I love it and I know you will too.

wanted to know from everybody about the vitamins & minerals you have to take after getting sleeved. 1) where do you get them? 2) how expensive are they & 3) what happens if you don't take them? info much appreciated!

lundbergmn- I have not had the surgery yet but it is approaching quickly...Feb 21! I have my pre-op appt this week!

I am doing this on my own and I will be my own support group as well, but it is okay after being widowed
fo r 10 years I am accustomed to doing everything alone. I just paid my $1,000 down payment and I am planning for March 8th. I am excited. and a little nervous.
