- Born 1971, came out 1989, diagnosed with von Willebrand in 2003. Been big since as long as I can recall, 3rd grade or earlier. Part of pre op testing found out I am not von Willebrand but a Factor 11 or Hemophilia C patient. Surgery went well and not issues to date.
